I think to Ella it’s just a phrase he thinks he’s meant to say because he thinks it makes him sound like the rest of them.
If you genuinely are a “girl’s girl” you don’t need to foghorn it at every chance you get.
 
Why is Tasha obsessed with the 5mins thing? Erica's been asked for her opinions and she's giving them. I'd say she's been reasonably respectful and honest!
It's obviously going to be based on limited time seeing and knowing these people, so she may get it wrong. Arthur took it well while disagreeing.
