I feel like there's a set menu that reality stars/wannabes choose from when they book in for their cosmetic procedures. So many of them seem to end up with the exact same nose and lips. I'm not anti- botox or filler at all, I just think it's a bit sad that so many women in the public eye end up looking so...generic.
