Well what an absolute tit show this series has been.

Most, if not all, of the participants are too young to be in such a position that they've reached a time in their lives where they need help from 'professionals' to find a spouse. It makes a total mockery of genuine marriages, when the only reason most of them take part is to further their social media careers.

Everything is scripted and highly producer-led. The ixperts are surplus to requirements, pretending they're not aware of what's going on - even we knew more than they did! It's an insult to the viewers.

It's also clear that the final vows were written by the producers as they all said basically the same with different wording.

I'm pissed off with myself that I actually wasted my time watching this bollocks. 😡

Why are some of them saying “I’m not sure how they’ll take it, I have to do what’s right for me” only to say they want to stay 😭
Scripted bollocks to make people doubt they'll say yes but you know when they say that they'll say yes!

No, Matt's mum clearly said it was his decision in the end as it's his life. Not that Adrienne's value was determined by not wanting kids. She was right to question such a turnaround on Matt's part, I'd do the same with my child. Wanting kids all your life isn't something you just click a switch off over. When they start seeing all their mates having babies etc it would likely kick in at what he's missing out on. If someone doesn't want kids that's their perogative and no one should change their mind either.

I genuinely think this has been the worst series of mafs bar none. Far worse than some of the original series where it was much more of an experiment than fly on the wall docubollocks. This wasn't even fly on the wall, which is what i think was missing. We didn't get to know any of them very well, to be able to relate, be interested or care.
The producers just manipulated drama, nothing more.
The final vows were dull, boring and contrived.
Just wondered what anyone else thinks the problem was and what they need to do better next series?
For me, fewer couples, less scripting, less box ticking, more time spent seeing their married life, less time talking about sex - I'm more interested in the relationship than the shagging.
Any other ideas? 💞

That was confirmed by the way Paul read his vows. It was obvious he hadn't written that script himself.

The arch Ella and JJ stood under looked like giant aquarium arch.

Well that kinda goes with the fish lips.

Well I missed tonight’s live do watched it now. Glad I watched it late as skipped most of it. Matt and Adrienne , yawn. Sure she only doesn’t want kids because she doesn’t want to be fat again. JJ’s friend with the gnome hat, thick as shite made Jj look clever.double no was a disappointment as wanted JJ to dump her. Paul too good for trasha. Trasha reminds me of one of the hard girls in year.9 in the 90’s.
Absolute snooze fest tonight , too much waffle about absolute airheads. ( excluding GeorgeS)
Worst MAFS ever. Any way that was my review 🤣 night all !

Less people in their 20’s, less couples so we can see their actual relationships unfold, less staged drama, no late arrivals. We obv all need a bit of drama to keep us watching but there was so much of it this year it became pathetic
I’m watching the NZ (season 1) at the moment and there is an older couple on that that are interesting to watch - they know life isn’t perfect but focussing on the similarities they do have. There is also another couple who are just so natural & warm … lovely to watch.
