Right I haven’t read any of the thread since someone asked how many couples got to the end because-spoiler! but OH MY GOD am I the only person who thinks Mike wasn’t in the wrong confronting jess? It’s not like she hasn’t got form with him, are the Aussies wusses? Cos she needed calling out and he didn’t do anything wrong IMO.

PS Martha is there worst snobby enabler. She’s the one at school who would back up the witch bully with no real reason apart from that she probably doesn’t associate with the commoners. Feel bad that micheal is getting sucked in.
Probably going to hell saying this but I find jess really unattractive. Maybe it’s the camera angles but she just looks awful. Tamara in comparison is a beauty

I suppose you could argue that he should've respected his wife's wishes and just left the subject alone, if his involvement was upsetting her, but Jess DID need calling out and nobody else was up to the job. They really needed Cyrell there!
 
Mike was absolutely spot on and called Jess out in a very calm and eloquent manner. Trout pout comment was a bit much (albeit true). He said out loud what the majority think of her. Is Mike as bad as Heidi portrays him? We don't get to see when they have a fight so who knows? He is quite self centered but does he talk badly to her behind closed doors...I don't know who to believe.

I understood it that way too, Heidi was saying he was wasting his breath because Jess was not taking on board anything he was saying to her ....does that mean he shouldn't have said what he did? Imo no, I think it needed saying..sadly Heidi has now got another stick to beat him with but I have thought the relationship has been doomed from the infamous " I'm not your therapist " comment Mike made on the honeymoon !

Definitely agree with that! The day he showed his true colours and Heidi realised his not the man for her.
 
I completely believe Mike was in the right tonight.
Whilst she doesn't care, I'm glad someone was there to call her out on her bullshit because if he hadn't, nothing would have been said. I get what Heidi is saying in that she will do it anyway and doesn't care but what she said about Mark is blatant lies. Why did nobody ask her why she lied?! Frustrating. However, I cannot wait for the commitment ceremony!

Totally agree. Usually I can't stand Mike but he was right to call her out as harshly as he did. She was very sneaky going for an easy target like Mark who doesn't enjoy conflict and confrontation, and she thought she'd get away with it.

I think Heidi can be a bit controlling of others, including Mike, even at the girls night she was complaining about the way the girls behave. I do think the behaviour of Martha and Jess is shocking, but moaning at them won't work. They need to hear fierce and harsh criticism like Mike was dishing out tonight!
