It's easier to explain what aftercare isn't!
Basically finishing off and rolling over to sleep.
Aftercare depends on what you've done and how you did it.
I would assume for Lucinda aftercare is sharing breath or some other mad hippy thing like gazing at the moon together (not knocking it, just not for me. I'd laugh)
And yes, mopping up the wet patch would be classed as aftercare.

Same, a classic chunky one with none of the random peanut butter or caramel in it. I've got Aldi protein pancakes and peanut butter with a brew tho, that's also delish!

Bloody hell my Fake Jack Grealish used the hairdryer to dry it and I thought it was genius, then no one sleeps in the wet patch! I'm not sleeping with him anymore, maybe that's a good thing if it turns out the hairdryer thing is actually gross?
