I feel like this is tough love to say: Eden, you can get help for anxiety, there's so many resources. You don't have to suffer like this, you can CHOOSE to be happy. CBT, talking therapy, medication, support from your social circle... but it's SO IMPORTANT TO TALK ABOUT IT. But she's shutting it down again and again!!!

Why go on an experiment like this when you have crippling social anxiety and hate social things with big groups?
