Because 14 weeks ago or so I started my weight loss/self care journey and started to have long baths to stop evening snacking. I lost 15lbs and hit target weight but carried on the baths and no snacking.
Last seasons MAFSA I was eating every dessert and crisp going

Well I’ve walked the dog, I’ve had a bath, I even tried talking to some people called my husband and kids, apparently they forgot I existed between the hours of 7.30 and 9, but it’s no use…feel like pure tit just want my Als and my (tattle) Gals narration back!

I admitted an 80 year old lady on to my ward today, she was telling me she's gutted MAFS has finished! We had a right good chat about everyone, as if I didn't think she was fab enough she tells me that she's a below deck fan!! maybe she's a secret tattler!!
