Channel 4 is embroiled in a 'fakery' row over new MAFS UK series

Channel 4 has become embroiled in a fakery row after pretending that a man appearing on Married At First Sight UK was unaware he had been paired up with a transgender woman.

This sentence certainly leaps out. Yes I know it’s the DM and I fully acknowledge that it’s a shitrag.
“ It is understood that the man is 'furious' with how Channel 4 treated him during his time on the programme and afterwards.”

I clocked this too. Will be interesting to hear his side once the show's wrapped and he's able to speak about it (hopefully). But it could also be that he's also a dick and that's why he's angry - about how he's shown. We've seen that happen loads
 
Settling in for the new series *waves* ... also so if im being a parrot, but has anyone mentioned George was on Celebs Go Dating also? He loved Chloe Sims ... and said he was into fake boobies ... could he be the one matched to Ella?

Oh he could absolutely be a dick. I mean, he volunteered for MAFS, so that’s reasonably likely!
He could however also be tit scared of being labelled a transphobe.

The thing is, this IS MAFS, and we are discussing one of the participants. The ONLY participant who has been all over Twitter, Instagram and the newspapers. It’s almost as though the other couples have been reduced to bit parts in the Ella show.

I have to confess I’ve never watched it before, aside from TikTok clips so I knew about Whitney and Matt etc. I’m sick of being glued to my phone so I’ve decided I’m gonna watch this series. Decided to watch last series. Wow Thomas and Whitney 😳 not particularly friendly and the mother digging PJ out 🫣. Glad I’ve started to watch I’m addicted I’ll have this finished before new one haha!

Thomas was a complete horror. I didn’t find him funny at all. He was just spiteful and utterly vile to everyone, particularly poor Adrian who seemed to have the patience of a saint. I have no idea how or why he put up with Thomas for so long.

See I don’t know why people always say this cause the uk one has only had two series with the Australian format and is just finding its feet I think this series will top the Australian one! I find the Aussie one I couldn’t get into it cause the people are cruel especially the men! The uk one has a higher success rate in terms of finding love which is what the show is supposed to be about.

Oh really? There was another couple who seemed really loved up and I think hat moved in together by the end of the series and maybe got a dog? Sad if they split up.
