That promoter probably already had a night lined up for their own stable, I haven't checked the card but it wouldn't surprise me if there weren't a load of journeymen paid to pad the stats of their own boxers. Luke the salesman has likely convinced them to stick this joke fight top of the bill but if anyone who wasn't going before who isn't directly involved with the MAFS lot goes I'll be astounded.

Boxers often offer up tickets for free via competition or with discounted travel arrangements to shift tickets to these events so the promoter will know what the average numbers are without these jokers there.

As people said, the prospect of meeting them all for a similar price with food and drink included didn't get enough interest never mind this. The last MAFS episode airs in December doesn't it? The fight isn't until 9th February, really striking whilst the iron's hot
