Hmmm. Glassdoor is always biased to those that didn’t fit in/got the sack/hated working there. But there are some really common themes in there which is not always normal, and there are a LOT of reviews for what is not a very large company which is a red flag. There are also 9 5 star reviews written in the same 2 day period at one point which is a massive red flag - someone in HR has asked employees/management to add reviews. I know - we do that sometimes at my company! But we ask happy people to write genuine reviews to give some balance. I’m just laughing at a 25 or so year old who didn’t go to uni being in 300k at his mums company. No nepotism thereHmmm.
