Harrison genuinely thinks Mel will fall in love with him. This is the best example of his narcissistic behaviour we've had so far. He genuinely thinks all women are in love with him and can't contemplate anything else. That's why he's so vile to Mel and Evelyn. In his head he should be with women like that. Good looking, smart and feisty. His Narc brain can't understand why they aren't in love with him so he lashes out.
Secondly, everyone is aghast at Mel and Harrison being together. My intrigue is Bronte and Layton being together. Layton is a smart cookie. He's quiet but he's sharp. Bronte is not smart bless her. She needs the adoration from her partner and she ain't going to get it. Layton is angry with both her and Harrison and he's going to be worried about Mel alone with him.
