I think the most upsetting thing for me is that the twins have grown up with most the nation thinking their parents killed their sister. Im sure they’ve had many issues at school because of this, all their classmates will know. I doubt they can have friends round their house - what sort of parent would allow their kids to play at the mccanns house?
I wonder what they will think of the story as they get older, will they believe their parents as that what their instinct will tell them to do or will they learn to see through their parents lies and ask them what really happened to their sister Madeleine.
