Honestly, surrogacy just doesn't sit well with me. That lady has kids, shes now got a high risk twin pregnancy for someone else. What if something happens to her. What happens to her family.

I don't think it should be allowed to use someone's body like that. And as this is a UK surrogacy I'm assuming she's done it for "expenses". It feels like they are capitalising on their celeb status to get a woman to sacrafice her body and potentially her health or even life for them.
 
I wish they would address the issues around surrogacy more publicly. There’s so much media out there about the ethics and problems with it….look at what happened in Ukraine with women and babies left in a war zone or if you really want harrowing reads google the 1B surrogacy trade in India and how the women are treated.

just some acknowledgement from people like Ollie and Gareth on the wider issues and also the huge health issues associated for the surrogate. But all they come out with is wanting to be able to choose photos of egg donors, no mention of how traumatising miscarriages can be for the surrogate and their previous one had two. It’s all seems so selfish and entitled to a “service”.

Just annoys me that any celebrities that choose surrogacy are so ignorant of the wider ethical issues with the industry, and also refuse to acknowledge women’s health and the risk. I know it is legal but the attitude towards women just doesn’t sit well with me.

Just Facebook-searched this Alfie Adler (as mentioned in the below screenshot) and he does indeed seem to be Ruby's cousin. His pics are as you'd expect from the Insta comment...Very much of the "gold chain and spliff hanging out of mouth" and "cotching on the World's End estate" variety. And a pic with a pitbull, quelle surprise. What an upstanding young man.

I need to hear that podcast.

But if Nicholas robs women and makes them kill themselves, why wouldn't Alfie tell his cousin Ruby.

I'm assuming this is the case. There's a pic of Alfie on Facebook where he's lying beside his pitbull (naturally) and showing off a massive wadge of banknotes. Dodgy af.

Willful ignorance. I reckon she sees herself as some sort of modern-day gangster's moll and definitely adds impetus to my theory that she's going through some weird regressive, rebellious teenage phase after being stuck in a humdrum relationship for a massive chunk of her teens and early adult life.

On a completely separate note, does anyone else find it sweet how Digby "likes" all his Instagram comments? 👀Or is it just me?🕳️

Surely that is a decision she made herself before deciding to be become a surrogate, and not something they have forced on her.
I expect it is quite likely that if she wasn't being a surrogate for Ollie and Gareth then she would be being one for someone else.
 
Awww I just LOVE Digby :love: he's got a new gf and he looks so happy which is lovely after how heartbroken he was after Liv.
