It's probably terribly unfeminist of me to say, but I never got why everyone (guys and girls) on the show have always raved about her being some showstopping beauty. Am stumped 🤷‍♀️

Actually Paris has given Miles what for before (& rightly so) I can’t remember what about but it was during one of the earlier season of the last couple of years when they were primarily filming in one of the country houses. He was disgustingly rude to her and acted as if her giving an opinion repulsed him. I really hate Miles sometimes uhhhh.

I admire Paris’ loyalty but I don’t think someone like Issy deserves it, I doubt it would be reciprocated either.

That's a very good observation. I guess they're all pretty vile in their own ways. I wonder whether the screentime massively gets to some of their heads and turns them into arseholes, like Joel, who seems to really be revelling in this "I want to protect my energy and tell my truth etc etc" bullshit he spouts every week.

Yeah and because Louise was super aggravating I think people really brushed it off. But he was horrible and he knew it. I can never get over the audacity of him telling her after there final break up that their was a list of people she was not allow to sleep with. I remember Andy was number one on the list but he said some bullshit like if she needed to sleep with anyone and get anything sexual out her system then she could just sleep with him. Just so manipulative and cruel. I sort of understand why Millie and them said Spencer destroyed her and made her become the female him with his messed up actions

It’s all the random new people they bring in that are just as vacuous and boring as the previous ones who were in it for a couple of seasons and then vanished. Pure dead drama, it’s never an argument worth watching, more like a slightly heated conversation between a bunch of pompous twats 😂 👎
 
I feel like glassy eyed Yas is spoiling the series. I’m not sure if it’s her desire to be on reality tv or failed actress aspirations but she comes across as disingenuous and unable to be ‘real’. God knows she’s definitely trying for that MCE as Musings30 rightly said - but it definitely doesn’t come across and subsequently doesn’t make for great tv unfortunately.

I disagree. Really like Yas. Think she's just doing her thing and being bullied by Issy, Paris and Willow

I can't remember any of this! She needs to be giving more of this energy. Yeah, since when were her and Issy such great pals. It's interesting that she's known Yaz since she was young and even said she always knew her as a sweet, kind person, so why is she suddenly treating her so horrendously (jealous much)🤔

I don't think she's doing her acting prospects any favours by appearing on MiC😬 It's also turned very toxic for her, and so early on. I feel like her and Inga need to quit because they're massively getting played by the producers, who are setting them up with these situations/storylines where they repeatedly end up being vilified and the target of everyone's vitriol.

Did anyone else internally cheer when Inga gave Robbie some what for in episode 3 of the new series? I also love how she ratted Joel out by saying all the tit he said about Liv, Ruby and Miles behind their backs. Especially re Joel calling Ruby vapid🤣This is why a lot of people hate Inga - she's great at having her own back and calling tit out.

A lot the cast use MIC to side step into doing something better, maybes Yas wants to be famous more than a working actor at risk not getting much work. It would have been a lot easier for Yas if she just admitted that she has kissed Miles, but it’s no one’s business. Princess Issy is really jarring, how she says she is THE VICTIM. I feel like Robbie, Paris and Joel have had to step up their game more as they were becoming background characters.
 
Miles & Yas in ep3 talking about their secret 'relationship' walking around, holding hands etc..... wow.
I think Yas is waiting for Miles to want to be in a relationship properly with her, maybe this is the reason she ended things with Guy.
I note a lot of the cast saying there is massive chemistry between Miles & Yas too.
 
If they are so right for each other why on earth aren’t they together. Miles seems to prefer the least tempting person called ‘Temptation’ ever.

I mean how many girls on the show had Miles been with? I was starkly reminded he had a thing with Verity in recent times supposedly too, the guy is an idiot.

I don’t think Paris needs to provide any energy for anyone if she doesn’t want to. She isn’t everyone’s saviour and talk person. Perhaps she doesn’t want to interact with Miles again because he’s a dick. Perhaps she thinks glassy eyes has changed? Maybe she likes Princess Issy?! Paris seems to stand up for what she wants to/thinks is right and that’s okay. She isn’t there to be everyone’s battle girl.

Unpopular opinion...Lol I am not seeing the super bitchiness from Paris that is supposed to be above what other girls do on this show especially in regards to Ruby. Ruby remains the bitchest and most vile on the show and I am glad Paris raised her voice at her. I don't agree with what Paris said to Yaz and she really should mind her business but who is Ruby to say anything? Especially when she was just denying being a total witch to Inga and refused to admit her nastiness. Inga deserves such better treatment from everyone. I am upset for her because Joel was mean to her too/just really cold.

Other thoughts...

I really find this whole storyline about Yaz boring since I didn't get to see Bali. I think that guy she is with seems sweet enough and she would be a fool to throw it all away for Miles.

I never thought I would miss Tristan of all people and wondering when him and Liv will show up. I even want Harvey to have some more screentime because a lot of these new guys are very bland.The whole club scene with them and Miles is a bore.

I am tired of Miles. He feeds off Yaz and Ruby gossiping to him and they love to hear about the jealous girls. But Miles is such a hypocrite and a liar. I am flabbergasted he has no self awareness and says Izzy does things because she likes attention. Pot calling kettle black much. And then as soon as Yaz leaves he gets up to his snakey ways and starts quizzing about Yaz and the Bali guy.

Izzy needs to get over Miles now.

I think Yaz might be his new Maeva. They both have the light eyes and similar skin tone with the brownish hair. Miles seems ready to manipulate and string her along. Be gleeful that she has relationship troubles because he has to be the one that got away. Always.

Re Paris, I think what's thrown people (me anyway) is the randomness of her bile towards Yaz. As in, why is she so aggressively invested in the Yaz/Issy situation when she's known Issy all of five minutes. Adding to the fact she wasn't even in Bali. As I've said previously, it feels to me like she has some underlying beef with her, spurred by jealousy. She's known Yaz years, so maybe there's something deeper there.

Hopefully we'll see the back of Lord Fuckalot this year, as he keeps vowing to leave the show. It is pathetic how he's leeching onto this friendship with Yaz. It feels like she's his little project and will continue being a cockblock and romantic deterrent in her life if she's not careful. I also found it really creepy in episode 3 how he started joking about them sneaking to eachother's houses and holding hands down the street etc, without anyone knowing. Yaz clearly has feelings for him and he's just toying with them yet further by planting a seed of possibility in her head. Hopefully she'll see sense and pie off that friendship, but she seems too naive and lacking in wherewithal to do that any time soon.
