Also, may I just say, I am 100% on the girls sides regarding the marriage stuff, okay Maeva has gone abit far with the desperation, but I also think that is partly for entertainment purposes.. but I am absolutely sick of listening to the boys moan that their girlfriends want to marry them.. BOOHOO someone wants to marry you! Yeeesh!
I dislike it when women beg for their boyfriends to marry them. I feel like if someone wants to marry you, they shouldn't have to be pushed to it. It should come naturally. I couldn't believe I would agree with Sam Prince on anything, but I do agree with him when he told James it should come naturally. I understand that Maeva wants marriage and she has invested time into the relationship so it shouldn't be a surprise to James. But I feel like they have had this talk so many times and know one another's minds but instead of trying to compromise, each wants to have their own way. James does seem more level-headed and responsible/has a real career. Maeva has a good thing with him and is lucky he puts up with all the bs with her cringe behavior regarding Miles and her temper because if it was the other way around, the girls would drag James rightfully through the mud.

I do actually agree with Sam Prince too that it should come naturally and if he doesn’t want to get married then he obviously shouldn’t do something he doesn’t want, Maeva did go overboard with the desperation but again I think it was for entertainment value, but equally, I don’t want to hear men moaning that their girlfriends want to get married, if you aren’t ready for it then stop dragging her along and break up with her. At the end of the day, the tradition is that the man proposes, but women shouldn’t have to just wait around for him to decide, it’s a big part of her life too and men always say that they’ll do it in their own time but what about the woman’s time and life plan? Again I’m not saying a man should propose if he doesn’t actually want to, but I don’t think women should have to just sit around and wait for something that may never come. Anyway I’m rambling now haha

Ok. You get decide which people from mic to have a night out with. Who do you pick?
I’d pick Liv,Garth, Fred , sophie h and Tristan (for eye candy)
I would choose Liv, Ollie, Emily, Maeva, James, Fred, Paris, Robbie. Hopefully Maeva and James wouldn’t ruin it by arguing 🙃

Here’s another question: assuming that you are mostly women and in hetero relationships, would any of you consider asking your man to marry you rather than waiting around for him to pop the question, a la Maeva/ Maeva’s mum? 😂

No. I could never ask a guy. No way.

Gabriella did a few Q&A videos on her tik tok about MIC

There was 4 parts but my main takesways were:
- she and Ollie were a real couple and we’re together for a year before being asked to do the show together
- Mark Francis is not doing a bit he is exactly the same on camera as he is in real life
- When they ‘bump’ into each other in a scene they knew they’re going to film ‘running into’ someone but aren’t told who (but can have a good an idea who it’d likely be based on what story lines are going on at the time)
- said the show was pretty accurate in that most of the stuff that happened on the show actually happened to them in real life and was just exaggerated for the cameras
- while the storylines were accurate she said certain people were made to look worse or their personality different so they could fit a character type (she feels she was made to look crazy when she was laid back and they portrayed her music as a bit of a joke when she was serious about her music career)
- she has nothing bad to say about anyone she was on the show with she got along with everyone for the most part
- she and Ollie are on great terms and message occasionally, she has been in LA the last 9 years and she isn’t in touch with anyone else outside of keeping up with a few on social media

I second this, I reckon Emily would be a ball too, I imagine she would get tit faced and spend the night falling over 🤣
She IS like that so you’ll be in for a rip roaring night @quarantinemadness. Hmmm it’s not much genuine craic though is it? Getting drunk AND falling over is a bit yawn, time and time again especially when it becomes a personality trait 😆

This is hard, I think Liv, Spencer, Jamie, and Mytton for sure even just hearing their stories about past nights antics has had me in stitches. Emily and Frankie seem like they’d be awful drunks so they’re in too. And I love Sophie H & Fred so they’re a must.

Was Gabriella wealthy? Or did she come from a rich family in London?

I have always said I'm simply not getting married but hypothetically I wouldn't wait to be proposed to if that was what I wanted for my life.

If I felt the relationship was ready for that, I'd ask. If my partner decided that they wasn't ready, that's fine - but then a conversation about a timelime etc would have to occur and from the outcome of that I would reassess the relationship for myself. Waiting around solely for a man to decide for both people when it's the right time doesn't sit right with me, I feel like that concept belongs in the past with women being literal property of their husband's.

I wouldn’t necessarily propose but I would bring up the idea of marriage for discussion. Surely nowadays people talk about it before the actual proposal? And if one person wasn’t ready (James) then it seems a bit stupid of the other person to propose (Maeva) knowing they aren’t ready!
Maeva is an arse, how can she not see that she’s just driving James away…. And why would u want someone to propose when u know they don’t want to! If she doesn’t want to wait then she should move on 🤷‍♀️
