Okay, so I get it with kids but it's just weird in family pics like this. Why bother posting it at all if you're going to hide three people's faces?! Also weird considering she's posted videos of her parents, who I assume are the two mystery adults, elsewhere on IG.
I think she probably does it out of respect for her sister. Her sister Lily has a private account. Maybe Lily is okay with her posting the pics but doesn't want the faces revealed with all the creeps/predators on the internet. I think it is odd that she does it with the parents though. Cause like you said, I am pretty sure she has revealed their faces before. She really looks frail. I know the upper classes like the stick thin look but she clearly needs help. She looks very unwell and it is sad to see.

Millie's another one who ruined her looks through surgery and needless cosmetic procedures. She looks slightly more normal recently, but she went a bit haywire for a bit with The Joker smile and Jack Nicholson eyebrows.
