Husbands can't be 'stolen', I totally agree that going after married men is disgusting and making out like it's some cute personality trait to fancy married men is vile, but it's not fair to heap all the responsibility on this girl. I don't agree with pursuing married men at all but let's not forget it takes two to tango and it's the men in these situations who have husband or father responsibilities towards their wives/families. Any married man who is so tempted by the advances of another woman that he would leave his family is the real villain IMO. If the men didn't fall for it then no men would be 'stolen.' I also imagine she has been encouraged to say this to ramp up the controversy etc...which seems to have worked!

Ok, I agree steal wasn't really the right word.
And i wasn't really commenting against her.
More the people who encouraged her to say that, and then when people react against her, they ask the "bullies" to be kind...

Yeah I agree with that. It’s a fine line because on the one hand you think ‘she must know that going on TV having said that is not a good idea’ but on the other, I imagine the backlash is greater than the average person can even imagine/they won’t know how they’re going to respond to it later 😬

I think this creates an issue with social media in general. Nothing disappears completely from the internet. This video and her words, while in relation to a reality tv show, will unfortunately always follow her. She most likely got caught up in the excitement and adrenaline of media day. When pressed about preferring married men she took the bait. They’ve both played a part in it but Chloe has to deal with the aftermath. Ironically ITV have said they’re going to provide better aftercare including ‘media training’.

The thing is, she might have no idea what the backlash could be, but the production team have a duty of care and do know what the backlash and implications might be, and so when they are editing they should consider this not fuel it.

Media training is for afterwards when they are let loose on their own.

Right now ITV control what the general public can and can't see 100%

You do realise love island is a TV show and it’s purely for entertainment..... barely any of it is real anyway!

I did buy one the year of Tommy fury & Molly mae but I ended up dropping it at work and smashed it to pisses (while it was full of water, not a good day AT ALL)
 
I got the original bottle back in autumn, I bought one for a friend and got mine for free! I was pretty mad when I saw the updated version the other day! (As nice as it is)
Though I have a suspicion that work has got me the new one as a leaving gift…
So come Wednesday; I should have two Love Island bottles! 🙌🏻
