You can argue Chloe was a bit sly in "stealing" Toby (who walked willingly) from Kaz (who he never actually liked), but Abi has come in brazen AF purely to split them apart. Toby is a bleeping mug for not communicating better, but have we even seen Abi talk to Chloe?
