Probably because Toby & Kaz were together three days. Chloe and Toby have been together a wee bit longer and they've even got physical. I think if he can't have basic communication he's not ready to find a girlfriend. He had no intention of telling Chloe. She had to pull it out of him. Now he's angry because he's been told he's wrong for the second time. Then he just said he didn't want to hurt Chloe. Nah just send her home
