I liked Jon first time round. This time I find him SOOOOO annoying and in everyone's business. Even started things up that has nothing to do with him. Like duck off! Dunno if I would say game player. I seen an episode or clip of him in TOWIE and he was so quiet and reserved but that's prob cuz it's heavily scripted and told where to be etc. In this series of love island they seem more real as its the 1st.

I'm almost caught up so I'll be here at 9pm tonight for the fun. Can someone please remind me of the ingredients of a fat frog? I want to get properly back into the spirit of these threads 😂

I just got to the bit where Josh told Rachel she shouldn't be there because she waits a few months before having seen with a new guy. I feel so bad for her, feeling like she has to justify her decision when it's got duck all to do with the rest of them anyway.

I love Hannah. I'm undecided about Jon, I keep switching between loving and hating him 😂

Just how I found him. Has to know everything and everyone's business. He out of nowhere went over and asked someone about their couple and once they answered he walked away! Didn't even try to hide it in a conversation.

Completely agree, he would drive me insane constantly poking his nose in and shouting his opinion about everything

And spot on about Naomi 🤣

I finished the series last night so will eagerly watch everyone's opinions progress!
 
Jess and Zoe saying that it would be against Girl Code for Naomi and Daisy to pick guys who are in couples is so funny. All of them are coupled up at this point, that's the game 😂 And Josh saying he wasn't bothered about the twins after he'd sent them that text, alright then pal.

I love Lauren, I want to run in then and give her a little pep talk whenever she's down, bless her.

They clearly had a bigger budget for music back in the early days.

The whole feel of this series is so different to the more recent ones. People who come out of the villa always talk about how intense it is and how that makes it feel like they've known each other for much longer than they really have, and I can understand why that would be. But watching this series you can actually kinda feel that intensity. I think it's because you see so much more of their personalities and who's friends with who and all that stuff. It's episode 10 and I already feel like I know this lot better than I know Jake, Liberty, Kaz etc.

I can't deal with Danielle and new Chris trying to out posh each other. "I go to Monaco" "Yeah, well I go to Monaco ON A YACHT" 😂😂

Totally agree with other posters saying Jon is a busybody. The way he started the Naomi/Josh stuff tonight then went "I'm gonna leave you both to it, it's got nothing to do with me" ermmmm what?!

This is the first UK one I’ve ever seen. I don’t think this is the first season of the UK version though and I’ve seen people compare this to MAFSA. I’m getting those vibes massively 🤣 I’ve only seen the tail end of MAFSA (Cyrel, Jess and Martha) season, and I was hooked on that! This is similar IMO. It is an investment to keep up in the two threads though 🤣🤣🤣

Huge dose of karma in this episode 🤣 Knew what that Naomi was from the start though…
