I don't think there is anything authentic about her. She is good craic though.

Tbf a lot of people anglicise their name when they move to the UK from abroad. I can imagine Ekin-Su having very little patience with people not pronouncing Cülcüloğlu properly and choosing to go by Susie Hayzel instead I agree with her personality in the villa not being genuine though, she's just doing whatever she thinks will cause the most drama
