I need Ekin to get them rock hard implants out. Her chest looks so tight and painful. They almost look like bodybuilder biceps.
She needs to go to a reputable surgeon here in the UK that works NHS Fulltime and private part time as they’re the ones performing surgery day in / day out and creating amazing chests but realistic looking. The overal result would be so much better.

someone posted her old facebook profiles yesterday and i went thorugh her old pics (she doesnt look that different, its mostly her lips, nose and eyebrows that really changed her face) and i really dont know why she got an augmentation! i feel like she looked great at her natural size! maybe as its a trend right now to remove implants, she could possibly get influenced by the trend? 🤞
