Tbh it was a crap year for couples. Last year’s Liam cheating and getting back Millie then winning set up the crap this year. It was a case of pick the best of a bad bunch.

Davide and ekin are the most in your face about liking each other. I give it a yeear. Maybe less since there’sso winter love island so maybe only a 6 month contract.

Surely there's no contracts when amber and greg split up weeks after? Or do you think they lost their prize money because of splitting or something?

Thank you all for making this series entertaining, when working evenings I came here first before watching the show. It will be interesting to see what they do once they are all out of the villa and who stays together, or not, the friendships they have etc.

There’s something even more special about Ekin and Davide winning because they really didn’t expect to! And there’s also something special about Luca and Gemma not winning because they really thought they were going to! (Still annoyed they were second but hey ho!)

Ekin and Davide SO deserved that. They stole the show this year and have such a strong connection. I really hope they last!

They always announce the winner in the last minute. Quick shot of the finalists celebrating with them then ends.some years they jumped in the pool. S2 they jumped in the pool then did an interview.
