How can the producers be so blind and thick by not seeing what people say every year.

The cast needs more normal people and not instagram types.

Cast needs to be older, 25-30.

When there is a public vote let the public bloody decide.

duck off with the cliffhangers.

Get rid of Laura and her annoying idiot of a husband.

Bring back the smoking area (and booze).

I also think there are too many bombshells these days. I swear in earlier series there were less. OG’s just try to stay in their couple as they know they’ll be safer when out against a vote with newbies. Couples changed about a lot more in earlier series and it was better drama.

Oh and while I am on a rant, get them to take an IQ test before going in.

I've wanted tasha out since week one but we're stuck with her ffs she thinks she's going to win. But there is always bombshells chucked in so they'll obviously before her .need shock dumping this week

I would say make the cast 25-35 as people these days are settling down seriously around this bracket, you are more likely to get genuine relationships.

The fact that Love islands answer to us asking for body diversity and age diversity is to create an island of divorcees 30-50 and have their kids control who they date is just another bleeping insult.

It’s like they live in another realm how many couples are actually married with kids and divorced by age 30.
 
It’s like it’s only now occurred to Luca and Gemma that the public are more likely to vote for an exclusive couple. I bet Luca in his toxic head has no understanding of why Gemma needs to see if her mum likes him first, i mean you can tell tbh it’s written all over his face. I wonder if after family come in he’s going to plan some rushed cutesy way of asking her to go exclusive ASAP before the final.

Luca was livid. He's such a nasty guy. So jealous of them exclusive and gemma is getting the ick. She's aways been jealous of ekin though with all the digs. You could see by her tonight she also wasn’t happy
 
I bet Gemma wishes she stuck with Davide early on in all honesty, Davide has had his little moment where’s he’s said something that the audience has side eyed but the contrast between himself and Luca is night and day, he’s also 27/28 older, mature. Got his degrees, set up his own business and isn’t stuck flogging fish for his dad trying to get a leg up from someone who’s dad was famous 20 years ago.

He is an OG because he appears in the opening of the show but he doesn’t appear in the villa until the end of the first day (I believe).

The exact same thing occurred to me about this. Luca is a horrible person. If he and Gemma win, I will be so annoyed. I also don’t think that Gemma would actually go for Luca usually in real life and he’s much less attractive than her. She only jumped to him in the show because Ekin came in and went for Davide.

On another note, I am actually quite tired of seeing Danica keeps finding and getting pied by different men (hopefully she works out with Jamie this time) on LI. Think maybe itv can do a spin-off of jsut her going on dates with different guys on a separate reality tv show!

Oh well I just caught up and got to this part (I live in another time zone :LOL: )and to be fair Ekin was doing her hand gestures "husband" (to Luca) and "wife" (to Gemma) so she actually didn't mean for a handshake whatsoever and also Luca didn't really notice that. I don't really think he was meaning to ignore Ekin. This clip is more likely taken out of context

I understand people are saying Luca is salty etc but I think Gemma came off worse. It's only because people dislike Luca, they're seeing his faults more. If we still liked Luca like we did in the beginning, we'd be saying how crap it is on him that Gemma shows zero emotion. But she shows zero emotion to anything. I'll be interested to see her reaction to seeing family
 
Gemma from the start has been damned if she does, damned if she doesn't.

I've so much respect for Gemma for being pretty much the only one in the villa that doesn't do fake or play-up to the cameras. Gemma has nothing to be jealous of, literally nothing. She's had a life, up until this point, the rest of us can only dream of. She's hit a million with a week to go and her beachwear is on 25k(probably 50k in a couple of weeks)......she's already achieved what she has set out to do.

Paige is on her 3rd connection, the 2nd being the deepest that anyone has had without leaving the villa and is exclusive to Adam Collard after a week(even his Insta page hints he's playing a game). Tasha now talking marriage lol, Indiyah is the doormat and Ekin constantly playing up to the camera yet Gemma is the problem?

There are so many similarities between Gemma/Ekin and Molly/Maura - The public thinks there are issues, digs, comments etc when in the truth they are besties that will form the power duo/trio/quadruple with Luca/Davide with the rest getting removed from the WhatsApp group.
