I completely agree. She has ruined this series for me. She even said yesterday “we need to stop walking on egg shells” but doesn’t realise she’s the reason they are! There genuinely seems to be an atmosphere around her. She thrives off drama but not everyone else does.

She has ruined it for me too. I don’t think I’ve ever disliked someone as much since Adam “you’re my type” Collard. I don’t know how she passed any of the tests to go in there. She is mentally unstable. This is a show that claims to care about people and their mental health, and wants to protect people after all that has happened and the let her in, they let her kick off at every single turn, they manufacture these ridiculous scenarios to make her go off again and again and they seemingly don’t step in when she verbally abuses people time and time again.

Caroline Flack’s famous quote of “in a world where you can be anything ….Be Kind” really is falling on deaf ears. ITV2 should be ashamed, and I really hope they don’t renew it for another season because it’s done. It was done as soon as Whitmore had to step in (yawn). And it’s even more done since they let people like Faye in.

Just catching up… Faye’s talent is just being her usual self? Yikes. Not comedy at all just having a dig at all of them in an environment where she can’t get in trouble/be called out for it

Is it not normally four couples in the final? Season five it was wasnt it?

I think (but could be wrong here) that they dumped a couple the night before the final in the winter series and we were left with 3 couples in the final. Idk I just remember it being like that. I really don’t remember Mike and Priscilla being in the final at all!

See I’ve gone the opposite now due to Fayes constant tantrums. She’s been picking at him last few days because she thinks he’s an easy target as public weren’t buying jiberty and thought he was fake - I’d love to see her face if she went over him but alas it won’t happen. I think she’ll make the final four just because ITV will need to spend the next few days rehabilitating her image so she doesn’t leave to utter hatred.

I really hope this is the end of Faye taking the piss out of Teddy/anyone for not being funny as that stand up routine was one of the embarrassing attempts at comedy I've ever seen. I felt ashamed for her!
She is so sour and bitter all of the time from her facial expressions trying to intimidate to not joining in sat on the terrace when they were all just trying to move on lightheartedly. Sipping on her drink like the passive violent tragedy that she is. Why do they all entertain her?! I'd just tell her to piss off and ignore her antics

Hi, guys. Just catching up now as had to watch the recorded episode at 7am. Question - During Faye’s rant/roast/takedown/stand-up routine, why did she leave out Milliam? She went in on the other couples Jiberty, Kyler, Chloby but left out Millie and Liam? Liam’s behaviour was equally bad if not worse than Tyler, he cheated in CA and Lillie told all in the villa, went on a date will Millie to further brief her on their fling, plus they had both voted Feddy as least compatible but she left them out - why?

If friendship doesn’t come into it and she is so open and honest - why let them off the hook? Because she literally needs Millie more than anyone else in the villa to support her. So basically she is as tactical - sorry - tactile - as Lib or anyone else.

Just looking on twitter and people are being horrible to Amber rose for her opinions on love Island. But they have highlighted molly mae doing way better than Amber despite Amber winning. I wonder how that happened. She has more than double the amount of Instagram followers as Amber too and Amber barely gets any views on YouTube while molly mae has more than a million subscribers.

I’ve been watching the show since season 2 and I couldn’t agree more it’s changed so much for the worse it’s not fun at all anymore it’s frustrating , people started taking the show way too seriously when it doesn’t need to be in my opinion, it’s had it course honestly if it comes back next year I think it will flop even more .

There are two really sad moments I now reflect on that we could have gotten rid of Faye and had a completely different and nicer series lol.

Initially when Chloe came in and fancied Brad more (who was coupled up with Faye) but for some reason chose Aaron which meant poor Shannon was dumped on like day 2.
The second was Teddy’s choice. I thought he had far more chemistry with Rachel and I find it hard to believe anyone fancies Faye so I just didn’t buy his choice lol. I swear he was forced into that decision for a bad deed in a previous life x

Yeah, and a lot of us won’t be watching if it comes back. Tbh though I’d be surprised if it even comes back. The ratings are terribly low!

And maybe I’m the only one who interpreted this in this way, but on unseen bits on Saturday Iain said “time for the final (whatever the segment was) EVER” and then goes “….of this series” but it seemed a little like he just threw that “of the series” part in to throw viewers off the fact he just hinted maybe the shows contract hasn’t been/won’t be renewed. It really seemed like he was hinting that way (well to me it did), and less than 800k people watch unseen bits so it seemed like he thought it was the perfect time to make a comment like that.

really don’t see the show coming back or doing well next time if it does. the public are sick of it

I’ll probably be shot for this by why does everything have to be broken down to skin colour? Genuine question. How about another point of view that everybody runs scared of Faye and in order to ease tensions they appease her. Nobody runs scared of Kaz and she’s a strong girl that can handle stuff so they just let her do her thing. Why is it always about colour ffs!

Someone else already said it, but molly mae was a pretty big influencer before she went in. From what I remember she had well over 300k followers I think. For context on how popular she was at the time, I follow about 900 people on Instagram and before LI I’m sure I was following nearly 200 girls who followed her (I always went on her page for fashion inspo and I remember clearly being like wow so many people I know follow her). She was visibly a pretty big deal before love island, I remember being surprised she even went in because she wouldn’t need something like that to have continued growth as an influencer
I think it’s natural that she grew a lot more than others did after the show - she had a head start in that she already had word of mouth for being a well liked influencer
