I also took it that way so I didn’t think that scene was relevant to her being upset, or at least it was just edited badly.

He was being sly and saying its all about u. She probably felt some sort or way and found the convo awkward. She just doesn't feel he's into her.

Maybe I wasn’t paying enough attention, but was “it’s all about you” not jake’s way of ‘complimenting’ her because she’s the only one of the two of them who looked good in the photo? I didn’t think he meant it as a dig like oh everything’s about you
ETA: I can’t see why he’d make out she’s making things about herself when she was literally asking if he had confidence issues and was trying to be gentle with him. If anything she was making it about him and trying to console him if he was feeling down about his looks?

I presume because she said he looked fit, and he doesn't return the compliment? He probably said something like 'why would oi be wiv some who ain't fit? You're my gurlfriend'.
It doesn't seem very clear though yet.

To me it looked like yet again she wasn't comfy just sitting and chatting with him and she's finally snapped

Maybe… It just seems weird that she was upset by the conversation because she even rested her head on his shoulder during it. To me it seemed like she was being a good gf to him because he voiced he hated how he looked in the photo, but I guess they just needed to edit it better to show what exactly she was taking from that whole interaction.

What was the Ofcom complaints about?

I was hoping for the tweets!! I'm never keen on the parents because the parents always gush about the person they've chosen. I'd love for one to say their child could have picked better!

But then I also think it would be quite amusing to see a series was someone picks the money envelope and keeps the money for themselves rather than sharing!

The way I interpreted “it’s all about you” was another way of saying “you want to choose the photos where you look good and don’t care if I don’t look good”

Which is quite passive aggressive I guess. Especially as she thought he looked good in them.

Yesh maybe he did mean it that way! I honestly thought it was Jake’s weird way of trying to be nice to her like “in those photos it’s all about your pretty face” because he’d say anything as a compliment to avoid explicitly saying she’s beautiful. I prob over analysed it lmao

You've made some really good points and I completely agree. I didn't watch it st the time either and until this series I hadn't even read anything about the people in it so came to LI knowing nothing other than this current series so all the people were new to me. I was uncomfortable with how Caroline clearly favoured Jess and didn't see anything wrong in her behaviour. I can't imagine anyone now saying that if the person they are coupled with chooses someone else at the recoupling that they would punch them in the face. Not even Faye!
