The ick is very much a real thing. It works in mysterious and often inexplicable ways 😂 Sadly, once the ick hits there is no way back and a seemingly good situationship/relationship is ruined forever over something random! It's terrible but also can be so funny! The Ick threads on here are gas

Not sure I fully agree. In certain cases there's no way back, but sexual attraction can change over time. Love Island is a very bizarre set up so it's not directly related to real life but I have definitely found attraction growing as I got to know someone.

Yeah & it actually describes that feeling perfectly. When you're dating or coming to the end of a relationship and just not feeling it and you start getting repulsed by things you've never taken notice of like the way they eat or the the touch of their skin

I don't think its quite the same thing, its not for me anyways. I definitely find attraction can grow over time but the ick is more of a u-turn type situation. It's when you initially are attracted to them but get turn off for some reason
 
I think that Faye and Teddy are genuine for sure but the question of compatibility is a different one. If she said herself that they are incompatible, ie his slippers, jazz v disney, sense of humour, her brutal family - it’s all straight out of the horses mouth. What she wants is for everyone to have collective amnesia.

You’re 100% right. Genuinely like each other - yes; a good match - not so much. and she even said it herself. Remember she went so far as to say he wouldn’t fit in with her family because he’s nice and they’re…not so nice (whatever way she worded it!)
It’ll never work between them if she even said all that herself

No one should feel there's going to be backlash for their choices. They should all be free and honest. Faye shouldn't be allowed to demand answers. No one is asking her who she voted.. she makes the game very unfair.

I really need someone in there to tell her to respectfully pipe the duck down and tell her it’s none of her business who other people vote for! If her attitude wasn’t so volatile all the time she’d actually be quite likeable.
