I feel desperately sad for Liberty. I used to be exactly the same with my ex, my gut kept telling me to ditch him but whenever I plucked up the courage to say anything I would get the usual “you’re my girlfriend, I chose you” speech. Low self esteem and self worth made me stay because it was easier than letting myself be vulnerable with a new person again. I hope she finds the strength to leave him because she will not regret it. The sad thing is, I think she knows that too.

If he’s this controlling this early on, that is a really bad sign. Run Lib.

Absolutely agree. Brings back some not very nice memories for me. I have really warmed to her this week. She can’t see the wood for the trees…

Colourism is a very complex subject. It can be subtle like Clarisse comments (who people hear will swear I'm wrong) to change of actresses in TV shows such as Fresh Prince.

I would watch Leigh Ann Pinnock doc as when she had the round table with Alexandra Burke and Keisha from the Sugababes they both made good points on the subject.

OK back to Love Island- I didn't realise they had to guess the order between themselves as well. This is amazing and might cause more drama than the actual results 😏
