Tyler is a dick. I personally think he came in to couple up with Kaz to secure his place in the Villa knowing how typically black women are not picked often and we saw this with kaz, and then dropped her for the lighter skinned woman at the drop of a hat (then did a 360 because I think he knew how unpopular it would make him) However I think he would have dropped kaz for any girl, regardless of her skin tone.

I agree that Tyler has never been in to Kaz and went for her because he knew she was his best chance of staying in the villa. Personally I'm not sure what either woman saw in him because he seems really boring to me but maybe he's really interesting for the 23 hours that we don't get a shown 😂

I'll be honest as a dark skin woman (DSW) I've often had to question when I like the black man "does he like black girls" -- and its not just me, it's something me and friends sigh about often. And when you mix the lighter skin men like Tyler, they normally are the ones to ignore you if you're dark skin no matter how attractive you are. So that's why I and many other DSW were a little skeptical about him and not suprised he went after Clarisse. That was a red flag to me.

Colourism is a very complex subject. It can be subtle like Clarisse comments (who people hear will swear I'm wrong) to change of actresses in TV shows such as Fresh Prince.

I would watch Leigh Ann Pinnock doc as when she had the round table with Alexandra Burke and Keisha from the Sugababes they both made good points on the subject.
