I reckon:

Bartise no cuz he is tit scared of Nancy’s brothers and he still thinks he is better looking than Nancy. Perhaps he heard SK said no and wants a crack at Raven!

Alexa yes cuz she thinks she can stomp all over Brennan. He is compromising a lot!
Brennan no cuz deep down he knows in the real world Alexa is too high maintenance, and her entourage / family are watching him closely!

Zay no cuz she isn’t yet ready to settle down, and definitely not with someone who takes life not so serious.
Cole yes cuz he desperately wants to make their relationship work.

Colleen no cuz she has seen Matt’s temper! No matter how much she is in love with being married, Matt isn’t The One.
Matt no cuz he has seen that Colleen is doubting them and he will put his guard up to save getting hurt.

Am also probably wrong!

I must admit I wondering if it was a red herring too and he says yes but Alexa says no and they’ve edited the aftermath to appear the other way.
 
Perhaps, his ‘cold feet’ is just him wondering whether she can live up to her family’s expectations as opposed to him wanting to say no. I guess they did that so people watch but there was a quick clip of Alexa (I think) storming out…

I suspect the twist is that it's a red herring.

I think they put red herring scenes in the previews for season 2's weddings - they showed Iyana crying and running away and Jarrett saying "get that camera out of my face" or something. But when the show aired they said yes happily and didn't show any of the storming off.

I wouldn't put it past the producers to do this with Alexa/Brennan.

Oh man, I'm hoping she's wrong about the second couple, cause if they really did get married, then it's absolutely clear that Netflix doesn't care about the contestants at all. They just want drama and don't care if people end up in abusive relationships...

I'm SO tempted to look. I literally skip chunks of the episodes, and when I do watch it I watch at 1.5x speed.
