Speaking of uber right wing, Carol McGiffin is in France (think she mainly lives there now) and she has put a picture up on Instagram of Dan Wooten (🤮) and her and her husband having a meal with them there. She makes me feel increasingly uncomfortable on screen. I get vibes off of her. You can tell a person by the company they keep and he is vile.

Yep, these vibes except for right wing I am thinking UKIP type wing rather than Tory. She struggles at times to reign it in on air, but sometimes it seeps out. I can see her getting cancelled at some point. She also writes a column in Best magazine and that is going the same way. She is bezzie mates with the editor so that gig is safe for a bit. (I have access to a lot of publications through work, not my normal publication and nor do I think it is hers.)
 
The difference Carol is that Boris Johnson continued to deny any wrongdoing. Nicola Sturgeon didn't deny she forgot her mask momentarily. She apologised. Carol is banging on about this when the difference is clear. Nicola must feel she's being questioned by numpties. I'm no particular fan of hers but she is like a fish out of water on this daytime tv panel.

Carol, with her own personal agenda, it’s clear she doesn’t like Sturgeon, and she was desperate to show her up in a bad light. NS knew it too, but she’s wily. I am not a fan of Sturgeon, but even less of a fan of certain panellists with their agendas.

Good to see Judi back, I was wondering where she was. She brought up race in a completely natural way and appicable to the discussion when they were talking about whether words parents say to you when you are younger stick. She mentioned that lighter skinned kids were sometimes favoured. That was interesting and not just a random shoehorn of race into the discussion.

Absolutely. NS has been subjected to far more demanding lines of questioning than Carol's and debates with world leaders. That was small fry for her! Wily is her middle name.

I didn't realise Judi had been away as I've also been away. She always makes her point without aggression or being patronising, something some other panellists could learn from.
