Yes I do get Ted’s reaction warrants a more prominent character to be related to Jo but I feel she was behind the hold up at the bookies and her being related to the young boy puts her in the frameI just can’t shake the feeling it’s someone significant, the lad from the bookies is dull AF and is literally the worst cliffhanger! I also doubt Ted would remember his name or that it would elicit more than a ‘hmmm interesting...’ but maybe that’s just me. I think the kids are linked to the OCG or the guns, and that’ll help, but I really doubt it’s who Jo is related to.
Is it Sunday yet?!
At the moment I don’t like her but I’m hoping that more will be told about her backstory to explain her actions.I really don’t like her, haven’t done from her first scene. Just think there’s a cruel & nasty streak in her.

Here I go speculating after saying I don'tI agree. I also think being Hunter’s sister is plausible but I can’t shake that I think it’s far too obvious for Jed.
The photo woman I think will be part of the backstory but not previously significant in LoD - I think the slightly similarity to AM was deliberate but a Jed Herring (I wouldn’t actually be surprised if it turns out to be a pic of Kelly MacDonald and her mum).
We saw Ryan's mum in the first series anyway. The issue for me with the son theory is that for most of the real candidates she would either have to have been painfully young (which I suppose they could do) eg Terry Boyle or she’d already have been in the police (Ryan) where it’s unlikely she’d have been able to conceal a pregnancy.
Also important to remember that Jo isn't originally from the area she works in.
Not me thinking I knew everything about Line of Duty and only now thinking about the hairdresser thing I just thought it was a way of Steph explaining the money situation and now I’m mind boggled. Brb rethinking everything I thought I knewSteph said she had bought into a hairdressers.
In series one JL had lots of businesses, one being a hairdressers. It was used for money laundering.....
Naughty naughty Steph.
How old is Terry? Could he be Jo's son/brother? When she launched the glass at the pic of her and her mum she was obvioulsy pissed right off; maybe she was up the pole and her mum made her her give him up.
I have decided it isnt Kate as its too obvious and maybe misdirection.
In series one she was already undercover and Steve was all arsey with her about going after bent coppers.........
Sunday cannot bloody come soon enough. My head hurts

Not on my watch.Might need a 1 to 1 with Aldi Dot in the stationary cupboard
I could never live up to the standards set by OG Ted... or should that be OCG Ted?
I don't trust people who have sauce with steak so I'm already on my wayStart practicing a pained expression, liking steak with no sauce and say an expressive "Mother of God" and you are halfway there!
I didn’t like how flippant Kate was about Buckells arrest. It made me very suspicious of her
I don’t know how I could have coped if I’d not binged it in the last year and watched it all on the tv since 2012 as it airedDon't get me wrong, I love this show... but mother of god I can't wait for it to finish so I can have my life back
