I don’t see how it makes sense that she’d be related to John Corbett, she’s Scottish the mums Irish and Corbetts a scouser bit too complicated I think Corbetts wife was thrown in as a red herring to make us suspect he could be connected.

Scotland and Ireland have close connections/ allegiances and Liverpool has strong Irish links.

Jo fingers prints were found and those prints where matched by DNA to the person in the photo that was shown

The file is about who jo is related to so yes it’s a picture of jo

That episode was def overhyped. The best bit was at the end. Martin saying it was the best episode written. He clearly needs to go back and rewatch all the others and def rewatch season 2/3

I thought the same about Buckells, I’m not sure that he’s massively involved but he knows more than he’s letting on. He also let Dot have a quiet word with Tommy Hunter in s1...

Sorry if this has been said but it's a photo of Jo so I assume maybe it's Jo on an old police file under a different name which has listed old crimes she has been involved with?
So it matched with her dna because it's her dna under a different name on different police database
