Why is JOB obsessed with his age? I don't think 49 is exactly old in the grand scheme of things.

It's because he likes to try and ground himself as a simple every day man of the people with no hidden agenda, and thinks that by declaring his age each time he can appear even more straight forward and humble. He's been playing this game for years.

Colin is a Nick Ferrari super fan. He is up early everyday so he is ready with his ear pressed to the radio for the start of Nick's show at 7am

Now he is calling in desperately hoping for praise from his favourite LBC presenter.

Agreed as he has been in trouble on a lot of fronts recently. For example the way he backed Independent Sage over Covid only for it to become widely known that A) It is a front for the fantasies of Carole Cadwalladr and B) that the claims have proven to be ridiculous.

Now the government is taxing us to put money into the NHS. Firstly he has been asking for it so now looks silly for attacking it. But also his claims it would be sold off look silly.

Then of course there is his brown nosing of the man most famous for putting on a kimono to kill a fox with a baseball bat.

I've watched that tour of Twickenham a couple of times. Does he still go to that pub on the river front? I remember him speaking about it a while back, but never said if he still goes there. I'm guessing not seeing as he's been trying to keep his diabetes in check.

He is in quite a mess. He keeps carrying a can of petrol and some matches but only ends up in setting his own trousers on fire.

After enjoying the Nick Ferrari breakfast show James's opening words suggested that it was going to be another show of rudeness and name calling

He mentioned a place in Richmond that does great breakfast, this morning.
I genuinely laughed out loud listening to him in his first hour, he was full of smut & was laying off the nasty stuff, well kind of...he did say that "Matt Goss won't be playing Wembley stadium any time soon"
He doesn't like Rylan either for some reason, Rylan seems pretty harmless & nice imo.

I think the Rylan thing mainly stems from him having the audacity to be involved in a remake of Supermarket Sweep.
I love Rylan. I'm glad he's getting back to work.

I did enjoy Ferrari asking Helen Whately if Gavin Williamson was racist or incompetent and she said 'I don't know' I'm glad she's not out defending me. She's an appalling public speaker. Surely the correct answer would have been, 'Neither. It was an honest mistake made by a man who speaks to many, many people on a daily basis.'

As far as I'm aware, even though Steve is obviously gay, I don't think he has ever officially 'come out'. For what reason, we will never know but he does seem to have problems with openly gay young men who have never hidden their sexuality - calling them 'Marys' and suchlike, yet all the older gay men he was/is friends with - Dale, Biggins etc - no derogatory comments ever made about them.

It's quite bizarre behaviour from Steve, as it's quite clear how camp he is, but I think it may come from him being from an older age group though, when it was considered wrong, by his peers & sadly by society & this was maybe drummed into him by mother too?

If he's officially never come out I'd be inclined to think it's because no one's interested......

Tbh I think that's all a bit deep, with respect I think he's just a sentimental blabber mouth
What I wonder though does he talk as much when he's having dinner with his friends and if he's a bit less insensitive in his conversations since he's with people he knows and he's not just talking into the air? I wish he would write an autobiography.
