No Steve Allen this morning, Ian Payne instead.
Ian's been driving up and down the M3 in his Ford Puma again, (nearly in an accident after visiting mother) the driving acts as a sort of "pressure release valve" for him.

It has often been mentioned here and elsewhere that Paul Easton used to publish statistical graphs based on the RAJAR figures. Unfortunately, he gave up doing that sometime ago.

This evening I have learnt that he has died. Sad, I used to keep in touch with him.

Sorry to hear that Big One

Nick Ferrari this morning to a caller: "How could you be so wrong?"

I only put it on briefly whilst preparing a casserole for tonight. These show hosts are so dogmatic.

Earlier in the week a caller told Shelagh Fogarty that she had said a particular thing and if she doubted it she should listen to herself again on I-player. She was incandescent and quickly became so aggressive.

Yuk. I quickly switched off, I can only manage a few minutes of LBC these days.

Ferrari is doing that muttering & mumbling again during calls, incredibly rude.

So bleeping irritating. He thinks he's being clever and listeners like it. Wrong on both counts you obese oaf.

There is no doubt in my mind Shelagh has some serious unresolved 'issues'. I suppose you could reply: don't we all! The difference is, we don't project them onto a national radio audience. :cautious:

I know what you mean, continuous listening to LBC would/will drive a person nuts.
Every show is the same, just a different ego presenting it.
