James doesn't really know much tbh. I've heard him at least twice recently saying ... "I'm not thick" in a way almost to convince himself that he isn't. What he fails to understand is, the vast majority of listeners couldn't really give a toss if he is or isn't, but the more he says it the more he comes across as just that.

He does get my heckles-up though when he calls himself a 'journalist'. Firstly he only got his start in newpapers because of his adopted father who worked for The Telegraph and then it was only as a gossip coloumnist, secondly he didn't even bother doing (or more likely couldn't pass) shorthand. That's pretty pathetic especially when you consider the poor sap who lost-out on a job at The Telegraph because James was able to pull some strings. If he had passed all the exams and was talented I wouldn't have as big a problem but he didn't and he isn't.

That annoys me too. He isn't. His 'journalism' has gone as far as a gossip column and a games reviewer for the Daily Mail. He's hardly been doing the hours outside Downing Street, a war torn country or even a financial fraud scoop. He is such a journalist he can't get any politicians onto his show other than Sadiq Khan. Even his TV career was a disaster. His TV programme was basically a poor mans Robert Kilroy Silk rip off.

He got lucky with Brexit. Ironically, it's the best thing that ever happened to him.

I feel like I'm having an out-of-body experience, I'm sure I've written that! 🛸:ROFLMAO: He even had the temerity to slag-off Kilroy-Silk earlier in the year ... there's so much self-loathing going on with Jimbob it's quite troubling. A secure individual would say ... "Yeah, I was even worse on TV than Kilroy-Silk! And he was awful!" ... but no, just slag the bloke off and skirt-over the fact your own TV career was a complete and utter failure.

He was with the Daily EXpress; nothing to do with the Telegraph.

For all of her supposed liberal credentials, we all know Natasha Devon is the kind of person who would have a massive bleeping meltdown if a white Christian couple who owned a bakery refused to make her a birthday cake with 'It's my bi-sexual birthday' piped onto it in fondant because it ran counter to their beliefs.

PS. Who opens a show like this: "Last night I had a dream it rained"? That's right, Andrew 'Martin Luther King Jr." Castle. Give me strength. Click off. :rolleyes:

Natasha Hun jack has around 800 people on her patreon paying between £3.50 and £44 each month, regularly tells people to donate directly to her on PayPal, regularly does corporate gigs and freelance work. Then add that thousands a month to the writing income!

That's why people don't buy her claiming to be too broke to afford to use lightbulbs or buy shampoo. Jack even did ads with superdrug a few weeks ago and now she can't afford any shower jel or shampoo so instead is boiling up soap and water. 🙄. It's insanity that anyone believes her.

Is nick Abbot just the type to complain regardless? He's always going on about how bad British rail was and British telecom was before privatisation.

There's no point. Nick will berate the UK for its successes and nick will berate the UK for its failings claiming they're unique to the UK, even when they're not.

That's not quite as snappy as I was aiming for 😆

It's odd how people on the left get away with so much misinformation. I know nick will claim he's not on the left as somethings he's on the right, but his show is mostly spouting his own left views.

I wonder if lbc gave up with this left right balance and went way more over to the left since GB news and talktv are now sucking up those on the right?

Yes, it is. It's also odd how people on the left can be so hateful and purile yet are seemingly lauded for it. Let's have a run-down, lest we forget, of how the great wit and intellect of our time characterizes some of our public servants currently in office on a daily basis:

Andrea Leadsom: Thick.
Liz Truss: Thick.
Nadine Dorries: Thick.
Jacob Rees-Mogg: Thick as mince.

We're all very grateful to be in the presence of such brilliance. I often feel very inadequate when I hear Mr. O'Brain, maybe I need therapy, like 52 percent of the population who are also 'thick'. Let's be clear, James is just a troll. Which is fine by me, I find trolls entertaining. But less so when said troll criticizes other people for being trolls, that's called being a bleeping hypocrite.

It's not that bad during the weekdays, but it doesn't feel balanced. Nick F seems not as far on the right as Jobbie is on the left to me.

Weekends still feel like a mess, ever since Ken and David went.

I wonder if in global towers they've made a graph to show the political leanings of each presenter? That would be interesting!

Andrew Marr
Clive Bull
Sangita Myska (although I haven't listened to her much, so could be wrong on this)
