I'm a hardened air fryer convert after 1 month of use 😁 we haven't used the main oven once.
Used it for frozen chips, bacon, steak, chicken, hash browns, jacket potatoes etc.
You can even bake a cake in it.
Just make sure you buy the right one you need, capacity wise, ours (for 2 people) is 11 litre.
Also, retailers have hiked the prices up ridiculously lately so shop around, Argos are ok still.
I can recommend this one, very impressed with it, it's bit different with shelves and rotisserie function.

Can you cook sprouts in it? Asking for a friend 🤣

The Ninja is a multi cooker. I have the 11 in 1. You can pressure cook (boils potatoes in 3 minutes), airfry, steam, saute, steam airfry, grill, slow cook, dehydrate, bake etc. Yes you can cook chicken breasts. A recipe in the book cooks a whole small chicken in 25 minutes. I too have hardly used my oven or gas hob since I got mine.

Cannot imagine Steve using one though, a definite recipe for disaster.

Haven't had a cooker for a few years since it packed in. Got by very well with George foreman grill, slow cooker, table top cooker rings, microwave though.

At one time I was an absolute magnet for those JML gadget channels. I've had the halogen oven for years and very nearly put it on Free cycle recently as I'd bought an air fryer. I'm glad I didn't though as it has it's uses still. I'm sure it's saved me money over the years as the oven (electric) was so slow to heat up. That now stores pots and pans.

Once you feed the little buggers you never get rid of them. It'll start bringing its chums....

Especially if you're handing out custard creams!

I listened to James today and for once I couldn't really complain about him complaining :p Mystery Hour wasn't very exciting either. Some very weak questions.

If you fancy broadening your radio horizons, Argos have this internet radio on clearance for £19.99.
I took a chance on it today as d.a.b signal can be patchy here at times, and so far have been listening to 95.5 The Mountain in Arizona, a talk station in Adelaide and some news & sport radio from Alaska amongst others 😁
It's not a top brand of radio, just the cheap Bush/Argos make, so no idea to it's longevity but for under £20 it is great fun.
Should add too that the sound quality is pretty decent.
** will report back in 2 weeks after it has packed in **
