The missing hour (9pm) Xmas / Boxing Day have been filled. Xmas Day is J O'B and interviews from his podcasts (did you know he does a podcast each week?!). On Boxing Day it is Rachel Johnson (did you know she has a famous brother?!) . Obviously both pre-recorded.
 
Baffling what happened to Maajid considering he used to be a liberal voice of reason, undoubtedly 'gone off the deep end' so to speak over the last 18 months to two years. Consistently torn between whether it's Maajid becoming more unhinged or those right-wing think tanks funding Quilliam that caused his sudden turn into alt-right conspiracy theorist on key issues of the day (2020 election, COVID etc)

I used to like Maajid when he first joined LBC. I thought he was quite balanced but he has become unlistenable these days.

He sounds more like he should be on with someone like Alex Jones than LBC.

Controversy is good for views and popularity. That's probably been his thought process. Look at the likes of Alex Jones, he's controversial and consistently gets lots of people wanting to hear his views. Granted, Maajid isn't close to his level of notoriety, but having weird and controversial opinions, and believing in conspiracy theories seems to draw attention. Don't ask me why. Haha.
 
The way he talks through his shiny gnashers it sounds as though Andrew Pierce has availed himself of Darwood & Tanner's services/special LBC *discount* for presenters offer.

I know of a woman that follows Bonnie Langford around ! If she is appearing on a show, she'll get tickets for it (provided it is within a certain radius of London!), or will watch or record any tv programme that she is appearing at. I don't know how well she actually knows Bonnie, but do wonder what she (Bonnie) thinks of this woman. Anyway, she makes me want to 'skweem' and 'skweem' (older readers will understand that!)
