I think as her dad wanted an apology then RS should just say sorry for causing any distress..whether it's a genuine apology or not.

Last time I checked, Neil Oliver wasn't medically trained either, just a raving lunatic.

As far as I can tell, the judgement was that it was just his opinion and therefore allowed ... “In line with freedom of expression, our rules allow broadcasters to cover controversial themes and topics,” the regulator said. “We recognise that these brief comments were the presenter’s personal view and did not materially mislead the audience.”
 
Ferrari's been doing the TV shows today, This Morning and Sophie Ridge on Sky tonight, probably trousering a nice fee. He'll get home, go to bed and get up in the morning to present the most listened to show on LBC. Meanwhile a 53 year old layabout and a few sadsacks are sat on their arses typing furiously into the void

I was not making a case especially in favour of Neil Oiiver more that the likes of Jon Sopel always want the courts to do their wishes.

Sopel wants a dictatorship via the judiciary. Plus he must be rattled by the way things are going for the Donald as he may choose to humiliate him again.

Suddenly got de ja vu, didn't that Sopel kick off about something else a few months back? :unsure: another one with a superiority complex.
 
He was one of those unlucky remainers who found himself in a queue at customs somewhere in Europe, so he felt obliged to take a picture. He was probably unlucky in all his supermarket shelves being empty too

O’Brien’s figures were higher than Ferrari’s last year. Have they released figures for 2024 already then?

Latest RAJARs - 2023/Q4. Ferrari has overtaken Jobby’s listening figures, gaining 45,000 listeners in the last quarter. That’s 35,000 ahead of O’Brien, who is steadily losing listeners.

That reminds me of another of our bossy former Head Girls, Jenni Barnett. She got into all kinds of trouble for supporting, on air, the doctor who advised parents not to allow their babies to have the MMR jab. She even got a mention in Parliament during the enuing controversy.

I think you may be being a bit harsh on Stepford Wives by comparing them with our Head Girl. The pit lane girls that Bev rubbished would certainly think so...
