I hope Iain''s Saturday show is permanent. He's one of my favourites, with Ian Payne and Nick Ferrari. I also like Ali Miraj but he's not listed as a regular.

I doubt it. He only does the evening show Monday to Thursday. If he wanted to do 5 days, he would presumably do Friday as well.
 
Jobby has an unfortunate habit of leaping onto the bandwagons that most disrupt daily life. It's turning me into a nasty, vengeful person. I find myself wondering how he'd feel if it was him or one of his family in an ambulance being held up on the way to hospital by climate protesters, and when it finally gets there, there aren't enough doctors to attend to them.

Well for a start he's in the fortunate position to be able to afford the best private healthcare so I doubt he'd ever have to wait. Imagine being paid a lot of money to ... er ... sit and talk. AT THE SAME TIME! For ... wait for it ... 3hrs a day! Amazing man. You just don't understand his genius and amazing work ethic.

Did you know that his latest Tome is still in the Bestsellers chart weeks after being released? I mean I didn't so it was good to be educated this morning.

I can imagine Jobby protesting "Do you know who I am?" if he were ever reduced to waiting for anything or being inconvenienced in any way.

He is only only when the MPs are in Westminster, hence only doing Mon-Thu (Friday is constituency day).
 
I was looking at LBC's social media timeline today and it amazes me how so many people listen to someone like Ferrari and moan about topics he's covering or being gammon. Why listen? That's been his schtick since he's been on the radio. You want something more in-depth or high brow? Pop over to Radio 4 or Times Radio. The thing is they listen every day. That shows a certain lack of intelligence as far as I'm concerned. I also don't believe in the 'hate listen' concept. Who does that? 🤪

This. Why? Why? Why? What a waste of time. I just can't understand it. The same listeners are keeping him in his presenting spot 😄
Just shows how highly respected a presenter/journalist he is as well as he is probably centre of left and right and remained at LBC.

Usually it's folk with too much time on their hands, day after day.
They seem unable to grasp that it's only a Radio Show/Presenter earning a wage & getting listeners through their schtick, whatever that schtick may be.
Quite sad behaviour, to be honest.

Yes I had spotted that Nick Ferrari was trending on Twitter earlier. Firstly it is good for LBC who will struggle to replace him when the time comes. He is one of the few stand outs on their schedule these days.

As to the behaviour of the critics they have lost their weekend target ( Andrew Castle) so they have even more bile on a weekday.
