Just had a look at her again there (have watched a video here or there in the past) and THANK GOD her guy chopped off some of that mop on his head, that always annoyed me so much lol.
 
Hoping to revive this old thread seeing as the one in the other forum/place is also dead 😂 I really do like Kiera however I'm stumped as to how she is making any money, she hardly posts any videos this days.. and the latest one is only for the UK with a different one for international viewers coming out later. I've never heard of that before.. is that normal?
She's also said that she won't turn into a mummy blogger, so when the kid comes will she not film at all?
Thoughts?
 
She's had the baby (announced on Instagram). Such a cutie - and big, too! I quite like the name ... it's not crazy, thank goodness!
 
I love Keira, I think she’s so lovely and genuine! And her little girl is just precious!😌

I might be over reacting but personally, all these post of her breastfeeding are getting on my nerves a bit 😬 Like it’s great she is breastfeeding, it’s fab and I’m so glad she’s taken to it so well! And of course theres nothing wrong with the odd photo of breastfeeding on social media, she just seems to be putting them up constantly on her stories 🤣

I get what you mean, I think it’s a new mum excitement / trying to normalise breastfeeding on social media kind of thing... possibly.

She really suits being a mum, she looks so well, and bubs is gorgeous 💕
 
I like Keira, she's really down to earth but I don't rush to watch her videos.

Her bubba is adorable though not personally keen on the name!!

Yeah it definitely is that and that’s great, I hope at some point she does a video all about her breastfeeding experience and hopefully talks about it all! 🙂 It’s just whenever I see she has a new story I think oh another breast feeding photo 🤣 Each to their own I guess!
 
She posted a new video today, short, sweet and very well done. I do like the style of Kiera’s videos. Such a cute little family.
 
I have dipped in/out of her channel for years - she seems nice but how on earth does she make money... also i feel like her partner has changed jobs a few times too?

I’m not sure tbh. She ran her own little business up until having her baby, and she does have a patreon. I’m not sure about Alex’s work but I think his health condition can make work difficult.
 
She does come across as thinking having a natural birth and breastfeeding is so unusual. Quite often this is the norm?

I thought that too, every pic is of breastfeeding and she constantly says “the boob” or “its boobie time”, it makes me cringe and I feel like she’s trying to normalise it but is actually making it weird and uncomfortable

Yes! Or “napping on the boob” and yes I agree I think she is definitely trying to normalise breastfeeding especially in public but it makes me cringe too a lot of the time, I think social media has really come a long way in normalise breastfeeding already so whenever I get a notification from a post for Keira I just think here we go again another breastfeeding photo 🤣 I’m glad others know what I mean 😂

Almost look at me with my wonderful natural birth and breastfeeding my baby. But this is the case for a lot of women it just isn’t shoved in your face. I managed to birth both of my children with no issue and breastfeed, but I wouldn’t dream of doing this as it could really hurt another mother.

Yes!!! I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thinks this 😂 with all due respect I don’t want to see your “boobies”.

Always wondered how she actually earns money seeing as her shop is very hit and miss and she barely does YouTube or instagram, Alex was recently made redundant too. They don’t come from money so it’s a mystery 🧐

I honestly think it would do her good to have a real job. She’s always said she couldn’t because of her mental health, I have severe depression, anxiety and OCD but being at work is the best thing for me! Even when I don’t this it is, you really benefit from routine/socialising/leaving the house and coming back in. It’s always bothered me how these YouTubers seemingly do nothing then moan about their mental health, when regular people like myself still have to work like normal people despite their illnesses.
