A question for those who know about such things!
Are the Creditors involved in the Bankrupcy advised not to speak out before the hearings? Would they be invited to give impact statements?
With all her 'mental health' claims at the moment, I for one would want her and everyone else to know how her actions have affected my mental health with her not paying up!

So regarding MM if as has been said KP has been paying her mortgage
Say £6,000 a month that would be £360,000 she has paid off her mortgage so that must be equity in her house plus she hasn’t got the money to run it and that money should have been paid to her creditors

I was just looking at the cost of all the hearings and found information saying that at least 80% of court costs should be covered by fees and the other 20% is covered by tax payers. In the case of bankruptcies, the fees are deducted from the assets of the bankrupt. So every time she doesn't turn up, not only do we pay 20% of that cost but the amount available to the trustees gets lower and lower as the costs keep increasing.

Remember a big chunk of that is interest - so probably has barely made a dent in the arrears
