I’ve been watching her clips on YouTube and I’m torn between thinking she’s bleeping horrible and respecting how she says how it is.

It's her schtick to be straight talking in the TV series but she seems fairly kind and friendly in interviews.

It's just an entertainment show. The audience are paid extras, and the plaintiffs/defendants are paid an appearance fee. Whatever money is awarded is covered by the TV company also, so it probably shouldn't be taken that seriously.

I bloody love her. If only world leaders/heads of states had even an ounce of her no-nonsense approach and common sense.

If you watch some of the very early stuff, she was much more toned down.

The character she has built up over the years is just that. A character that has earned her a tit tonne of money and I think she has no time for the bullshit of some of the people in the cases though. She probably is done with bullshit after all the years.
