Recap! Guest's awake and "doing food." First it was beef dripping on fried bread or something straight out of 1952, then a repulsive concoction of beetroot-pickled mackerel and horseradish butter on toast. We were treated to a picture of the latter and, bizarrely, a "recipe" for the former despite it being pretty obvious how to make it. But her blog remains undisturbed, the Coronation quiche still the latest post. "I made lunch!" she announced, as if everyone else doesn't do this every day.
We also discovered that guest is seemingly employed by Southend council and has a staff email address. The nature of her position is unclear but if attending the committee meetings is part of her job, they probably don't appreciate her playing on her phone and then leaving early. So, is this finally the silence of the scams? Perhaps not, her newly updated Twitter bio claims she's still a writer, campaigner, and cook - suggesting she's still open to media work. We questioned if a soft relaunch is on the cards. After all, she says her ouchy foot is healing.
There was much mithering over past slops with a "vegan Wellington" being one of the worst. And if you're wondering why she doesn't just have cheese on toast like a normal person, it's because she saves that for when there's a well to do OH around. THE BOY DID GOOD
