Please keep this on topic of jack monroe. If you've got any concerns report a user or email admin so the thread doesn't get derailed.

There's no big secret about the last thread, some were concerned that someone from here had been harrasing jack on twitter. There's more to it that people aren't aware of on here, but we've delt with it and didn't want to leave posts up because it looks like a witch hunt and these things are best to just report and let us deal with.

Three days of catching up and this is what I have to deal with?

JM leaves twitter, but storms onto FB and insta with some decidedly dodgy-looking “lunchables”. I am waiting with baited breath for her version of a cheese string.

A mafia-worthy (sorry, been watching the Netflix series fear city) conspiracy theory has erupted involving threads I no doubt read but cannot for the life of me remember.

As for me, vapormax trainers bring fond memories of teaching 14 year-olds in joyous North East comprehensive schools. My trainer of choice is a simple Adidas campus (back to the early, confused days of loving Mr Damon Albarn).

Haven’t read the last thread in its entirety but had to click this one as was curious why it didn’t have a title.

Anyway, I hope she does stay off social media for a bit to give herself a break and good luck to her. I genuinely mean it. I think it will do her (and anyone who overshares and seems to rely on the validation and own sense of worth by the number of likes they get) the world of good to step away from virtual life and start living actual life (I type on my phone 😋)

Ohh duck offfffff who talks about the light behind their own eyes?!?! She's the most self-absorbed person ever and that's saying something on a forum which critiques influencers.

This thread saw Jack Monroe proclaiming Taylor Swift to be one of the greatest songwriters of our time. This was a fact and she didn’t want to argue about it.

She also spoke of her apparent regret that she gave up her Greek birthname, also of her desire to go and walk around her motherland and pick (fresh) lemons (fancy).

She discovered she had 9 (multiple of 3) inboxes of 27,000 (another multiple of 3) unread emails to address.

The fraus discusssed favourite footwear and shoe sizes.

Jack then cleaned house and erased three months worth of ‘inane wittering’, right back to April and the good old days of DKL. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Twitter feed.

And then, She Left. And put an out-of-office message up, listing details of her email (yep, good luck with that), her agent, website, Instagram, Facebook and ... P-P-Patreon. Her Patreon account and what her subscribers are promised in return for various tiers of monetary injection were discussed by the cabal.

On Instagram, she reposted the video of her and the kitten, a picture of some crackers that reminded her of Edinburgh, and she has removed the fringe.
