It's not only the canal who are enjoying themselves. People on the Hellsite (not just the usual suspects) are doing Jack style tips under #JackMonroeTips and #ThriftyKitchen. It is only a matter of time before a banger is released and we get Roasties 2: The Ridicule Intensifies.
 
I don't think I can wait 2 more days for the influx of comments from stans about how great the book is, how they are loving it, how pleased they are that they were able to donate one to the povs. I also want her 30 recipe ebook to be examined by people who might have a care for how these recipes work in practice, and whether they are a thrifty use of food.

I’m hoping others can catch a GK in the wild today. I searched high and low for it. There were no Jack books in either shop (or the works) which is interesting (or reassuring maybe) to say the least.

Looks like Thursday is the 💥 then. I might delay my frog taping the next goddamn room in this feckin house busy schedule to go and rant at the lovely Waterstones staff.

I believe it's meant to be downloadable via the Pan Macmillan and Trussell Trust websites. The idea is to make it available as widely as possible, so it shouldn't be limited only to Grifty Kitchen purchasers.

I love that you are making your sister go through the shame of being seen in public buying it. Real sibling love there! Like when anorexic Jack used to share the tub of coronation chicken with her brother on the walk home from school.
