Jack... "sang". Slopbot has been approached by Bathroom Tile Records for a possible collaboration.

Jack continues to use antisemitic language in describing the canal, despite repeated requests by other Twitter followers not to.

Jack continues to threat other Twitter users with legal action. She is a lot more defensive online these days, in part because her flying monkeys aren't doing her dirty work and because other users are openly standing up to her.

Jack made matzo ball soup with stuffing. This may have been a previous thread but her crimes against food still stand.

I can’t remember much of the last thread because the SINGING blew my brain. There was also brilliant work by Penelope which resulted in a FOI from the ONS confirming that Jack had one informal chat with them & they were already looking into inflation around value products, confirming what we all said at the time-namely that Jack was not responsible for any change in policy despite her taking credit wherever she could find it and making out that her 120 hours weekly of tweeting is somehow work that others should pay her for via PayPal and patreon.
I’d also like to point out this tweet. Jack’s use of tenuous and absurd analogies to make a point seems to be infecting the poor, gullible squigs who continue to believe she has any interest in them beyond making plenty of money for herself.

Another cut through on my regular twitter timeline, they're becoming more frequent. This is an account I follow and like, they're funny, 17k followers and have quite a few sleb followers (they're currently 🔒because they're going through a breakup).

Recap: the whole thread was spent with the canal still in shock at the singing. Many squigs were not as complimentary about her singing as she might have wished. Many Fraus's gave her suggestions for new tracks.

There was a small pushback about the Georgia Church Suppers hullabaloo where Jack tried to say it was a simple geographical misunderstanding whereby a squig posted pictures of some of the recipes included 'slap your mama chili'

The FOI request meant Jack rowed back from having weekly meetings with the departmet to admitting having one or maybe two teams meetings about it.
Jack referred to the FOI request as 'nefarious'...oh, and also mention again of legal action by Jack.

But really it was all about the singing.
 
Other things that happened in the chaos of the last thread:
  • Jack came out with the legal threats again, quoting someone who had been sued for stalking
  • Lots of people are taking the piss out of the Georgian Church Suppers thing. Jack got confused as she has NINE bookshelves full of cookbooks
  • A Patreon squig at £44 repeatedly asked for a refund and someone set up a call with them to discuss on Tuesday. Today the someone’s account has gone
  • She revived her ‘please say nice things as I’m today Twitter dead cat in order to drown out the laughing/calls for Patreon refunds
  • This included replying to a tweet from Sara Cox sent at the start of august
 
Jack committed the most heinous singening to cleanse her timelime after revelations about the ONS and FOI.

She answered questions about her inability to tell the difference between a Georgian USA cookbook and a Georgian East European cookbook, but ignored all Patreon and paypal enquiries.

Despite saying in May in a video interview that her lawyer would be sending legal letters about defamation to Lee Anderson and agitators & instigators, Martin Daubney says none have been received. It seems her lawyer has been on a very long honeymoon.
 
Recap:

Jack went hobnobbing with Google execs and stayed in a £400 a night hotel. She then inexplicably filmed herself singing in the shower and posted it. She claims her sore throat enhanced her voice, supposedly due to laryngitis (no clarification on whether she took a covid test).

Jack responded to increased scrutiny and widespread mockery on the hellsite by producing 'evidence' she was being kept in the loop about a FOI request about her work with the ONS by producing a screenshot that only proved she had emails that weren't from the ONS about it, in which we were referred to as 'nefarious forces'.

Jack liked and responded to supportive tweets from 6 weeks ago.

Jack brought up her lawyer's religion again for some reason, after getting into a snark off with Martin Daubney and goading him about legal action, then pretending she wasn't actually saying anything to him because of legal process innit.

Georgia Church Suppers is having a resurgence, Jack thinks saying she has 9 bookshelves full of cookbooks somehow explains her recommendation of 'an absolute banger' she clearly hadn't read (or maybe even owns, based on suggested evidence the legendary list was copied and pasted anyway!).

Jack also claimed she has many coroner's reports of people who died from malnutrition and starvation in lever arch files in her bedroom, the bedroom that was apparently now SB's last week.

Jack still hasn't: refunded patreon patrons, addressed the teemill money, addressed the paypal legal fees, or even bothered to do HER JOB posting promised recipes as far back as 'The People's Pudding', her alternatibe to the Jubilee Trifle.
 
Also we learned that the evil white wingers remain unsued. Jack has claimed that this is because she's giving them enough rope and wants Martin Daubney to tit himself in public over a period of months which, not being judgey, sounds a bit specialist and weird. Thus far she hasn't updated anyone on how much was raised via Paypal for the action or if any of it has been spent. Like so much with Jack it's a big chaotic blob of mystery.
 
Latest conversation with my husband who has little idea who Jack Monroe is.

H: picks up my copy of tinned can cook (20 pence from charity shop) what's this book.
Me: It's a cook book by an idiot.
H- Oh (confused face)
Me: Let me show you this recipe for spaghetti hoops.
H; I like spaghetti hoops
Me: You won't like these. Shows husband recipe
H. But that's mad. Why would you do that? It's mainly sauce in the tin. Why not just cook pasta? (Sniggers,) you could serve it at a dinner party and wait for people to ask where you got the pasta - l(ooks thoughtful.)I might try it.

I am now going to play him Jack's bathroom tapes to see if he recognises it.
