So B has gone from grifting bogan ho to she must have an inheritance/ divorce money/ comes from money in the FM’s eyes and now Alice has her eyes set on B $$$. I’d like to say she has no shame but it’s worse than that, she wants to take down Ioan and she wants to take down Bee. If Ioan had never met B this rage would still be aimed at his Mother and the rest of his family. They have ‘got off’ lightly as the monster has turned her green eyes onto B. It’s really quite frighting!

Btw, Alice isn’t hiding this fact she has outright said on numerous occasions she is all ‘kindness and love and light’ until someone fucks her over. I keep saying this but the only driving force Alice has in her body is REVENGE, she is determined to get it and who ever gets caught up in the carnage (kids included) does not matter in the slightest.

This situation (imo) is going to get way worse than it already is, she will go down screeching and spitting venom, she cares not a jot who is ‘splashed’ by it.

The twitter lot are just there for the entertainment, all this I don’t read any court docs as they are none of my business, i just support Alice etc…Is bollocks as they all lurk here so DO have all that info and still choose to support her, so they are either quite mad or there for the 🍿🍿🍿

I’m looking forward (i’m not and couldn’t give two fucks) to Loopy (who knows the truth and has seen all the evidence!) spinning this one into an Alice victim narrative 🧟‍♂️🙄
 
I can see why this site freaks her out. We all know what she’s doing because she makes it so obvious but then she’s shocked when we predict it and accuses us of having inside info. She’s just not as clever as she thinks she is. Always blabbing her mouth off and things don’t add up. So to you FM’s who think we are being paid, she is one of those criminals who likes to brag about her victims - that’s how we know what she’s doing
 
Well here's my theory.
The house is going into foreclosure whatever happens
I'm not saying this is totally a PR exercise (and obviously he has to try to avoid foreclosure) but I think he and his lawyers know that foreclosure is inevitable because of her personality and even they do get a court order for sale Alice will duck about for another six months to a year. She is not someone who gives a duck about what the court says. And he simply doesn't have time nor money for this.
So this way, at least Alice can't spin it that he has the money to pay the mortgage but has just stopped paying and the house is being foreclosed on and at Christmas too! Which is what she would have put out there otherwise.
This way at least the truth is out there and she can't spin it that he is callously failing to pay the mortgage and making them all homeless.
Also shows what a lying fraudster she is with the 100k and the GFM.
 
With such limited earnings, no regular income, defaults and no agreement with IG she’s going to struggle to find a rental.

How can she be so bloody irresponsible?

I am, very surprisingly, thinking the girls have to go to Ioan and then she can sink or swim in the mire of her own making.

Don’t forget she did TVD when the girls were young and retained a full-time nanny. She didn’t give up her career for the girls, nobody wanted to employ her.
 
Its clear she thinks she is going to get her hands on B’s money. Or to say that if he does need cash, he has a new partner supporting him financially, leave her stash alone.

This is not about securing the best deal for her and the girls. She wants to destroy him, and B, and anyone else who has ever wronged her. For you know, she never does anything bad without people deserving it. She should get that sewn on a sampler.

Ioan should play a superhero on screen. He must have a core of steel to get through this, and remain pleasant and dignified at the same time. Kudos to his upbringing. Glad he now has B and her tribe too.
 
Reading between the lines it sounds like Alice has some form of investment in the UK- possibly a property she rents out?

My OH had a phone call the other week from the vet his ex wife takes her dog to asking him to pay the bill. They've been divorced about 8 years now. That's just the most recent story of her on-going attempted financial abuse of him. It doesn't surprise me in the least that Alice is trying to bankrupt Ioan- we have had years of She Who Must Be Obeyed trying to make it impossible for my husband to run his business while asking for more and more money.

Also worth noting that it can be very difficult to unilaterally close a joint bank account- certainly in the UK anyway.
 
Does this prove the GoFundMe was fraud - can’t remember exactly what the wording was?

I think she thinks she’s clever by saying things like card declined, $26 in her check account and no child support. Obviously you don’t need child support if someone else is paying for everything.

As the house is in trust (or, primarily in IG's name)...
Will only Ioan be required to accept or reject any offer? or, must he haggle with Alice about accepting or rejecting an offer since she has previously not agreed to sell the house?

I think if she had a property in the UK he would have mentioned this. My reading of the income on her tax return is that she's been paid for DM articles, pap shots etc. Lots of those articles were paid I think - not just the main one she did.

They will have to both agree to the sale price (and all the other stuff, appointing a realtor etc) and if they can't agree either can refer back to court and the court will decide.
Alice will not agree to anything. It's what she does.

ETA: foreclosure is quicker because the bank decides
