This is probably an unpopular opinion, but Fred gets on my nerves. He annoyed me the first night arguing with Nigel Farage and just shouting over anything NF said.

He's a control freak and has an overly inflated opinion of himself. No one asked for his interference in the kitchen. Let them fuck it up. As it happened everyone seemed to like it. He then sat there with his arms folded and a face like a slapped arsed.

If that had been Nella or Josie they would have been called out big time. Fred gets away with crap behaviour.

Caveat, I can't stand Nella or Josie either, they are all a bunch of narcissists! 😂

I totally agree with everything you've said. Fred behaved like a sulky child, very immature behaviour.

Yeah maybe but being in a kitchen is his profession! If I was there I'd be grateful to have someone with better knowledge than myself.

I do agree that he has maybe hogged the cooking though. He should have taught some of the others the best way to do rice and beans so the cooking could be shared around those who are interested.

I will laugh if everything they eat is now terrible 🤣

I don’t think the public will be voting for anymore trials-at this stage the public vote for who they want to win-they normally have to decide amongst themselves who does the trails, so Nella & Josie won’t be doing anymore I shouldn’t think.
( I could be wrong but this is what’s happened previous years I think)

Fred did look pissed off but remember the immediate result of the leader vote was Nella screeching and laughing at him then saying 'JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED' because she gave him washing up, saying stuff like 'I'll make you wash the pots over and over again, if you're going to moan I'll throw them in the mud' etc I can see why he's pissed off. He's probably also thinking that her off screen apology/turnaround in attitude towards him was obviously faked now.

At least it will turn down the camp's gung ho attitude to getting low star hauls 'we've got Fred cooking', not any more!

I find that millennials get the blame for lots of traits that are actually gen y, I say as a gen z 😆. I've had dreadful problems at work with loads of gen z, which we didn't have with the previous generation. Especially those that joined the workforce post 2019/covid.

It's quite something that even with all the cameras and knowing it's being broadcast that Nella genuinely believes a "my truth" that has little correlation to the reality. How bad must people be when people aren't being filmed?!

I don't like Fred and yes he is controlling and I was glad he lost control of the kitchen. I don't like Nella and Josie but if the food is rubbish then so be it keep your nose out Fred. I don't think he received any votes to be camp leader did he?
 
I'm in two minds about Fred. He's very proactive and gets on with stuff, he can cook and he's not trying to be someone he's not. I like him. But he does need to just let Josie get on with the cooking; she won't be laughing long, she cant be arsed with the responsibility either. I know he wants to eat something decent so I can understand why he's butting in to help, but he needs to understand it's not his role any more. Let Josie grovel and ask for help. He'll eat her food with a face like he's chewing a wasp but as a fellow frog 🐸 he doesn't want to eat crap – he knows he'd do it better and that Nella only took him off cooking duty for reasons best described as muppetry. I'd be pissed off too. People saying he was in a sulk - when you've got to deal with prats like Nella and you're bloody hungry I'd allow myself a fuming moment too. But then sit back and watch Josie struggle...
