She was really quick witted, intelligent and extremely funny, an incredible storyteller. Older than her years. Mature and kind of quirky. She was a goth and always back combed her hair into that piled up do she has to this day (it's a bit tidier now
). She didn't follow trends at all.
She was absolutely not glam in any way and i think she's a food critic only because she can write well.
This glamorous, pristine vision we see today - well it might be her nowadays (it's a long time since i spoke to her) but it's a million miles from the Grace i knew. I feel like she was in danger of that mask shattering in the jungle (and that mask is her wage). Stripped of the lippy and glossy clothes, we could see the real her and i don't think she was ready to let that out.
